4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Live readings must be booked in advance.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

5. Delivery of Pre-Recorded Readings

  • Pre-recorded video readings will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 24–48 hours.

  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when booking.

6. Disclaimer

  • All readings are provided for guidance and entertainment purposes only.

  • Psychic and intuitive services cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

  • You remain responsible for your own life choices and decisions.
